HR know about them and they are happy about them as well. - HR systems are there but exceptions are also there and favoritism as well - No proper leadership, only bosses whom they care only about their positions - No career - High performance do not help you to go up. You have to play politics so you go up - No job security. They tell you clearly that they can replace you and I have seen many employees get terminate with no reason"
