"Even with some faults the overall company is a good place to work, be paitient, and at the very least a great amount of knowledge can be attained from this company"

"The lack of complete prior planning, often left us standing around wondering what we can/or could even do next in order to fill out a 40 hour week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To increase the coordination between the supervisors and the foreman such that at the end of one day, the plan of which worksite the crew was going to and the work required was known by all, to allow for being better prepared."
