"Comman sense and experience is vital to the education needed to work compatibly and completely in a political environment."

"Too political, trying to get 60 work hours out of a mandated 40 hour work week. Too much class room/office time when one should be in the field."

"Needs to go paperless with laptop computers so a person can do their work in the field and report to the office at the same time."
