"This is a start up company that has a serious resistance to starting up in a manageable fashion. The company's desire to remain in the status quo and inability to become more current and efficient makes an employee wonder if the company should be named HighTechLending or LowTechLending. Upper management takes month long vacations which are completely off the books and are paid. Then, they brag about this lavished vacations to the employees who all make under market average salaries."
