"HighQuest Partners provides a very toxic environment. They purposely position people for infighting. Responsibilities overlap and structure is very confusing. Management has never worked in a real company so have no clue on how to organize and run their company. They set people up for failure by changing the rules midway. Bonuses are promised as part of the recruitment stage and then never mentioned again. No annual reviews. New employees are treated better than trusted, loyal employees."

"Avoid working for HighQuest Partners. It is a poorly run company full of hidden agendas, low salaries, nasty coworkers, and greed. Employees do not matter. It is a high quest for cash with no real plan."

"as accurate as it can be"

What do you like about working at HighQuest Partners?

"Management was so uunknowledgeble and unfamiliar with the work being done that you could work just 2 hours a day and they wouldn't know the difference."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't go there unless you absolutely have to."

What don't you like about working at HighQuest Partners?

"This is a family business run by Greg who is incompetent but thinks he's a real leader, and his brother in-law who is a nice guy, but painfully unequipped to be in a leadership position. The rest of the team is basically made up of a few people just hanging out until they can find a real job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should get jobs at real firms so that they have a knowledge base. As it is now, they try to be managers but have not real world experience about the services they are trying to sell."
