Working at Highly Relevant in Los Angeles, CA: 1 Employee Reviews

Co-Founder

"Was one of the most rewarding and challenging experience of my life"

What do you like about working at Highly Relevant ?

"The people. My fellow business partners are all super bright, ambitious and relentless. There isn't ever something bad that happens, only challenges that we can creatively overcome and turn into positives."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest, write a cover letter, and make sure you pay attention to detail! Lot's of times, Highly Relevant would ask candidates to include a word like RELENTLESS in the subject to show that they cared and didn't just apply to apply."

What don't you like about working at Highly Relevant ?

"I am burnt out of doing both sales and client work. I look forward to simply focusing on doing client work and managing an internal team and vendors to take a single business to the next level."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There is a lack of structure,. The office is very laid back, for example as long as you work for 8 hours a day, it doesn't matter when you get in or leave. The problem is, it does. People should get in at the same time...or there should be a midday meeting when everyone is there. Sometimes it makes people a little disorganized."
