"Overall, HCC has fair compensation and everyone within the office is kind. My frustrations are with the processes and limited opportunity for growth. Since it is a smaller company we struggle with simple structure. For example, there are no training manuals, no customer service team, no guidelines on how to process restructures. There is only so much to be learned within account service and there is almost no opportunity to move to other sectors."
