"Working for Higher Peaks Academy has been a wonderful opportunity filled with challenges and growth. The staff was great and the parents and children attending the center were awesome. However, Management was very chaotic and never on the same page. There was only one owner introduced in the beginning and another later after work. Pay even would fluctuate without warning. Not the worst, but definitely needs improvement."
