"Higher Logic has been going through much change in the past 2 years. They acquired 4 companies in 2017 and it has been a challenge with merging these 4 companies within their company. There has been new management and they are not aligned yet but in a couple of years, this company should be able to rebound. Right now it is just a state of flux and no one is aligned."
