"High Sierra Pools has a unique business in that for about 5-6 months of the year it is insanely busy to prepare and carry out business for the summer months of outdoor pool season. If you are in the off season, as a recruiter you will also be busy gearing up the company's staff for when the busy season hits. The company culture is one that is fun and for the most part looks out for their employees. Cons: Communication clarity could be improved. Also, as with many companies, more time put into training new employees for both the offices and the pools. All things that can be improved upon with resources allocated towards them."
"good oportunity in meeting new people, bad organization on the work with the lifeguards! 1"
