"Good pay, bad and expensive medical benefits if you have to dependents on the plan, awesome paid time off and sick leave, flexible schedule......BUT one of the worst companies to work for. Bad management, not enough people to do what's needed, 50% of the people don't carry their own weight and the few that are available have to pick up the slack. If it wasn't for the perks and the current economy, the good people would have bounced a long time ago."
