"Great group of people. Very antiquated technology. The technology that has been implemented was an attempt by management without the input of actual users, a component of which is critical to motivation and productivity. Small group of managers that runs the company like a small family. The other employees do what these 4 or 5 want or else. There is no room for promotion, no wage increases; they will hire someone else. I would not work for this employer again, nor recommend it to another."
