"well the company is no longer active since it was acquired so if you are interviewing there, that would be a problem"

"was acquired by another company. Prior to that the investment in new prods was minimal which made them non-competitive in the market"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"updated products and procedures would have allowed the company to operate more smoothly and satisfy customers even during the 'for sale' period"
