"I have been here for about 6 months now. I had initial reservations about joining the HHCI team after reading this website. I actually set a 6 month reminder for myself to write this review, good or bad, when the time came. Thus far, my time at Hal Hays Construction has been very good. I am in a support capacity for the project managers. We tend to get very swamped and spread thin. I can see that some people are overly stressed out. All-in-all as a younger person looking to grow, I am excited."

"If you need the money and or experience than go for it. Other than that don't leave your current job. Turn over is amazingly high here."
