"This company offered an opportunity for showcasing your abilities. This was very admirable in the design world. However, the capabilities of owner/management are substandard when compared to my previous history of employers. The shift from private to government sector projects also did not fit this firm's capability. As such, recent conditions have encouraged a change to more inspiring and capable employers."
