"I have worked for the Harold Grinspoon Foundation since 2012. Our web and social media team consists of one person, me. I have become a jack of many trades in my current role and managed the site content, web analytics, social media content, Google analytics, adwords and Facebook advertising myself. I work well with others but also work well independently. In my current role I have scaled things from the ground up. Before I started, there was very little in way of web site optimization, no analytics and very little social media engagement. Over the past 2 years, I have created a large social media following, generated analytics reports, and created and managed a web advertising budget. Additionally, our organization is currently in the process of rolling out our third responsive web site in Kentico."
