"I love the counseling of the students to get a proper choice in their pending career, as well as the teamwork I have helped format to get the job done seamlessly"

"Don't take the job. They smile and lie in the interview. After the first months the true picture comes out."

What don't you like about working at Hesser College?

"No support for teachers or students. Poor administration. Lack of equity. Some teachers have no degrees but teach accounting courses which has hurt students. some teachers that are qualified are released if students decide they give too much work or expect too much."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My managers do not have training or experience and yet they make evaluations of trained professionals. They make decisions without discussing the course with the instructor and they give adjuncts preemptive rights over full time."
