"Worked at home office and also stopped by the office. When I needed to proof layout, or check on photos, I would stop by and see everybody."

What don't you like about working at Herndon Observer?

"The fact that they closed in May of 2010 during the recession. Small newspapers are failing and closing all over this area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"none. It was perfect. I had a fantastic relationship with the publisher and managing editor"
