"It is in a really bad area of town with no security. Fellow employees cars have been broken into, purses stolen, and credit cards stolen. There is a lot of conflict between upper management which makes for hostile environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to find a way to get everyone on the same team. We all have the same goal to reach and would get there faster if everyone worked together instead of against each other making it harder."
