"The ability to assist schools with their yearbook projects. The interaction between the adviser and the staff and working with them to achieve a final finished book that they and the school are very proud to show to the community."

"Ask a lot of questions and document when you are told things will happen. Don't rely on anyone but yourself and protect yourself."
What don't you like about working at Herff Jones Co.?
"The way they treat their representatives. You are a contract employee so no benefits. You pay for most every marketing idea whether you want to or not. The expectations are generally unrealistic given the length of the sales cycle for this industry."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Help your sales representatives. Don't tell them you are going to do something and then fail to perform. Don't waste my time!"
