"Asked who is your boss because Corporate will tell you that they are and no one can fire you except for them, but that is not the case. The General Managers and Corporate are in a power struggle. They both say that they are your boss. Know who can fire you and do what they say."

What don't you like about working at Henry Brothers Electronics?

"The General Manager at the Denver office didn't know anything about accounting, but has the power to tell the account what he wants done. He personalley told me not to record a $60K loss because he wanted our income to look better."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should not put a person in charge that does not know accounting. The General Manager should know some accounting. Not every division in the company is bad."
