"High turnover is staff and operators. Management seemed to be selected for low cost and you get what you pay for."

"Don't throw away employees. Managers need to learn how to grow their staff especially since this is a company that is known for high turn-over."

"Be sincere in the interview, presenting security to speak, demonstrate your interest in being part of the company and the commitment that you would have with the industry. Also the have to know that the most important things for a company is safety, quality, and customers."

"I don't see professional growth happening in this position, and I don't think the salary is fair."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You should find a way to compensate employees who give the extra mile to avoid the losing of enthusiasm of the employee to move forward with the company. Also the company should give (minimum) a course of human relationship tuition to the supervisors and managers."

"nepotistic, loyalty is looked at greater than accuracy and talent, creates corruption"

"the floor supervision drives your business so don't put poor mentality into leadership roles... to include maintenance supervisors who set up special deals with local suppliers/contractors driving up the overall costs of the product ..."
