"They don't support much further education, and promotions, and salaries are hard to increase without adequate petitioning by the person requesting it. The current management seems to want to export the Irvine research facility to China so job security is not that stable."

"Before layoffs are made ask managers who they need and who they can do without. A consulting firm basing its decision on title and not function wouldn't know how to make the company work well. I was asked to come back 3 months later to fix something no one else could fix after being laid off. I recommend giving recognition and"
