What don't you like about working at Hempstead Public Schools?

"Sometimes I did not know who was the Boss. They hold you responsible for not doing your job meanwhile you were never trained, never told how to do it and above all the direct manager doesn't know how to do it looking for someone to blame. Really dangerous situation because I had to carry the burden just in case things went bad. I am responsible and I want to be but not that way. Understand"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would show more respect for my employees, no discrimination in terms of race, color, national origin. I would treat everybody equally an fair."
