"Perhaps the amount of freedom that everyone had was a mistake as a lot of people abused it."

"The company tries a lot. They normally take great care of their employees. They seem to prefer Minnesota residents rather than remote but they do treat employees well. They recently refocused the company's objective on system security and automation. Which left BI a smaller presence but since the division is profitable, they are maintaining it."
