"if the same Director is still there, RUN AWAY!!!!! he will cause you to have to take medication to get through your day!!!"

"he was the type of boss who would listen in on your phone conversations and actually make negative critiques WHILE you were still on the phone with the customer.. via chat room... my stats were never below 90% satisfaction and yet he treated me as if I was barely scating by......was passed up for a promotion to second level tech support after being there a year, it was given to a new employee....."

"Fire the current supervisor!!! thank you"

"Working with Apex I great, however I live in Brooklyn NY and I don't see my family as much I would like to, I inform my manager of my problem and I was told I would be employed until I find a job back in the New York area."
