What do you like about working at Cable ONE?
"While working for cableone.net I was able to support a variety of customers who had many different internet problems. Being able to solve their problems was the highlight of my employment."
What don't you like about working at Cable ONE?
"The only thing I didn't like about working for cableone was the resolution process for customer issues, I was the top tier tech and the last resort for acquiring a solution for the client. And example I have of this was spending 13 hours straight on the phone with a client who was blind and needed to setup his email. I successfully set up his email, but did not get paid overtime for the amount of work I put into this clients issue."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest the management to review the procedures for overtime when on a lengthy call."
