"Understaffed on the graveyard shift. Had to work alone on some nights which doesn't work out very well on a phone oriented helpdesk."

"This was my first exposure to a professional IT environment. Unfortunately, I lost the position during training weeks, due to a car accident."

"Well before I found out it was a bunch of lies, I liked how at Biogen Idec, they told all of the employees being trained for employment that is there's any problem that it will be brought to your attention and that the'd work with you until the problem was solved. This however turned out not ot be the case."

"don't do it they won't treat you like a human being"
What don't you like about working at Biogen Idec?
"I hate how they're two faced, that they'll tell you one thing and do the opposite, I hate how they treat their IT team like that we're all a dime a dozen. I hated how a lot of the people in charge let their person problems outside of the work place effect how they operate inside the office I hate how an excited employee walks in with donuts for his entire team and the manager while deciding to fire said employee walks over and eats most of the offering to the team leaving nothing for no one."
