"Hi, I just wanted to tell my personal story about this company and why you should not work for it When I was 18 years old I applied for the company and got accepted at first I thought that I was going to be a formal employee but when I arrived they told me that I was going to be part of this thing called “TDP” or “Talent Development Program” which sounded nice you know certification and also a Salary at the same time. I thought I just hit the jackpot but then I realized something and it was that I love working from home, in those inductions days they even told us that the company had phone signal blockers all over the place so if I wanted to call my family or watch a video during breaks I couldn't, they were even monitoring wi-fi so it would be for work only, basically, you didn't know anything from the outside after work shift is done. Also, the instructors said on those first days “Prepare to lose sleep hours because you will have to do a lot of things at home” Extra Job after work hours is illegal in my country just to make it short. And to put the cherry on the cake when we finally received the contract there was a clause which said that if got fired or I decided to leave in the next 5 years I would have to pay $15,000 I don't know in other countries but in mine that is a LOOOOOOOOT of money So yeah I didn't sign the thing"

"Helm 360 (ccs globaltech) is an organization which is being driven by most unprofessional management team. They hire without proper planning resulting in hire and fire.There is no work life balance, very late night calls, rude team members in US team, Indian employees in Noida office are treated very bad. No local management, no processes and very ambiguous communication process. Employee dissatisfaction is very high, CEO talks very high without any ground work. I, like other employees, will advise not to join this organization at any cost."
