"A tip for others interviewing for this company would be to do their research. Reading about our properties and understanding the vision of the president, are integral to your success. I would also suggest that they listen to others around them. I learned a great deal, and still do, about everything that is going on with the company by just paying attention and communicating with my co-workers."

"The only thing I do not like about working for this company is that there isn't as much room for advancement, as it is a small company with long-term executives."
