"Helix has a strong staff and processes and procedures in place to help you get the work done....unfortunately they are not written down, so it can be a moving target. Productivity is the number one concern, and it is re-enforced daily, so when things don't go right, fingers get pointed, which leads to an every man for himself culture, teamwork is preached, but not the culture. They have the potential to be great, but turnover is fairly high, so they repeat the same struggles. Short term wins verses long term progression."
