"Hexagon's culture has changed to the point where they are cutting the fat and getting rid of tenured staff below the level of VP. Public Safety has the responsibility to drive revenue but after changing senior management every 2 years, the are struggling to gain a foothold on new business. As they continue to lose business to small, more nimble innovative companies in the same space, there will be another cycle making the division(SGI) susceptible to bleeding cash. There are no option for minorities to move up in the company as management are incentivized to create a revolving door for these folks. It is simply the culture that unfortunately gets driven from the top. Not bright future for this once great company."
