"I work for hedquist since 2016 been kind of difficult to complete jobs on time due to lack of equipment, lack of competent people, project managers bidding too many projects With Deadlines close together And not enough employees to complete tasks accordingly. Overall was a very family oriented company that reached for the sky but always seem to get shot down no matter how hard we tried. There was never a shortage on work."
