"Company founded in 1989, however, firm does not have any formal branding. Professionals in any of the business verticals do not recognized the brand, and it is difficult to build on something that does not have that visability. Principal is a nice person, and very good at the search skillset and recruiting. He is not aware that I am looking. Please keep my candidacy confidential."
