"I feel as though this the company of sub-par. From the software they use to the managers to the products. There is always an issue with the software they use and rather annoying ones. The managers they vet out tend to be very controlling and hovering. And every raise they simply forgot I had been there for 4 years."

"I've worked for HEB for about 6 months now, and to say the least, they are a very good employer. The salary is a bit better then most of their competitors, but not too much. At my current position, there isn't all that much room for up-word movement as much of the management is entrenched. But there re opportunities at other stores."
