"It was a very abrasive confrontational environment. The management did not support the supervisor's with decisions made, or employing properly qualified employees. Many temporary employees were put into important positions because of lack of employment. Failed to test production lines before expecting perfect finished product after being set up."

"Plan, design, discuss any changes and introduce them slowly to ensure a less abrasive reaction to the change. Set employees and supervisor's up to succeed. Do not place someone in an unfamiliar position with little to no training and expect perfection. Test before implementing."
