"The company presents itself as a cheerful and forward-thinking startup with a friendly, family-like ambiance. Nevertheless, the real workplace environment stands in stark contrast to this false superficial portrayal. It fosters a harmful and toxic atmosphere, characterized by overwhelming workloads, mandatory Saturday shifts, and a policy granting paid holidays for Thanksgiving and Christmas only, while all other holiday hours off have to be made up. It seems that the company is still clinging an antiquated mindset, reminiscent of the slogan "Arbeit macht frei." Be prepared for their ethical shortcomings. They may actively seek to appropriate a substantial number of your sales with unfounded justifications, and potentially employ gaslighting tactics over an extended period, unbeknownst to you, by placing you on a dialer system featuring notably substandard leads. Fair warning, they will not pay you any commissions for your last month if you leave the company. The organization imposes excessive expectations on its consultants, routinely decreasing commission rates by significant amounts every six months while implementing new, stringent regulations and performance targets. Opportunities for career growth are virtually non-existent, and there is an evident lack of concern for employees' well-being. Moreover, there is a clear instance of nepotism at play, as the VP seems to enjoy preferential treatment due to his family's long-standing connections with the company's owners. This blatant abuse of power enables the VP to treat employees as dispensable peasants, showing little consideration for their welfare or contributions. He displays an arrogant and vindictive demeanor, primarily focusing on obsessively finding and holding grudges against individuals rather than striving to enhance the company's success. His decisions consistently stem from emotions rather than considering the company's best interests."
