"Too much micro-management. It became a numbers game versus the quality of the education that is provided to the health plan members. Professional autonomy and critical thinking was replaced with automated scripts. Patients should be treated as individuals, not as typical cookie cut objects."

"Promote clinicians who are skilled and motivated, not those who you can mold into a puppet."
