"Like the previous reviewer said: "Value your employees". Bad management, like the worst you can imagine. This will always haunt the company and will keep them from growing if they don't do something about it. They tried to solve this by hiring a "Development Manager" who lacks not only all the certifications that prove he is a real Development Manager but also the knowledge; by that I mean that he does not have the slightest idea of what code is, let alone programming and the best technologies out there. He basically makes his decisions based on the input that he gets from other Developers so if you happen not to be a good friend of whoever he gets input from then you are screwed. His managerial skills are so bad that he assigns you a big project, sometimes he forgets that he assigned you that project and when you deliver it the only recognition you get is a "I appreciate your efforts." But when it comes to ask for a raise he offers you a 50 cent to the hour raise claiming that the company doesn't make that much money to give higher raises. (Are you kidding me?? Last time I checked they are billing over 30,000 users at $30 per month). Pay as you can see is way below the national average (mediocre) for a computer programmer. You start at $32,000 but don't expect to go past $40,000 in the next 5-8 years. Nepotism is also another reason why the company fails. The company offers however good benefits and a laid back working atmosphere which is what I enjoy the most."
