"They're 15 years behind in technology and most work revolves around fixing bad data. They do not invest in those who invest in themselves. They don't listen to ideas unless it's from one of their favorite people."

"Pay attention to what works and doesn't work. I would minimize my loses instead of maximize them. When I ask for ideas, I would be sincere about it. I wouldn't allow so many people in management to hirepromote their friendslovers and relatives unless they were actually competent."
