"The promise of supplying leads which turn out to be B leads at best greater than 3 years old."

"Be true to what you promote. Have an honest product."

"The company advertised that they provide leads to their agents but they did not clarify that all agents will receive the exact same leads. Many times the clients received numerous calls because all agents had the same client names on their lead cards."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should encourage their agents to be honest with the clients and not only explain the benefit coverage they are getting but also explain the benefit coverage that is not included in their plan."
