"I worked for HealthFitness for 3 years in a few different roles. The pay is not competitive with industry standards."
"I worked at Health Fitness for a little over a year. The managers that I worked under did not work to support and move up employees, and there was a very high turnover rate as a result. The management is site specific however so I believe that these factors will vary greatly depending on where you are located. Everyone in the company I ever spoke with outside of my site was very pleasant and helpful. It is a perfect job if you want a steady, reliable job as a fitness professional."
