What do you like about working at Healthesystems?

"Healthesystems places a great deal of emphasis on hiring nice, talented people. A position might remain open for months until the perfect candidate comes along. This means that we generally get to work alongside professionals who are dedicated to doing a good job and who don't engage in petty office games.The work can be challenging at times, which keeps things interesting. Our executive team members have integrity and are approachable. Much emphasis is placed on employee retention and customer satisfaction."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest and be real. Do not try to impress or wow anyone with your awesomeness. If you don't know something, say I don't know. Healthesystems is not afraid to hire inexperienced -- but promising -- people who are willing to learn. The company seeks employees who have integrity, a strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, and the ability to interact well with coworkers."

What don't you like about working at Healthesystems?

"There are few, if any, bad aspects about working at Healthesystems. Any complaints that I have are minimal compared to what I've encountered in previous jobs."

"Increase interaction with team members and provide more feedback regarding job performance."

"Pleasant, laid-back work environment, and the company clearly cares about its employees. It keeps us up to date with the latest company news. Great coworkers. Telecommuting allowed. I'm very happy with my salary given my level of experience and job title. I would have made less with one of my company's competitors."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My interview consisted of several technical questions, so be sure to brush up before your interview. The company culture is laid back, so don't be arrogant in your interview because that type of employee would not be a good fit at HES."

What don't you like about working at Healthesystems?

"Nothing so far. I've been with the company almost 1.5 years and love it so far."

"Please maintain your concern for the employee's morale and well-being. The work environment is great and this goes a LONG way."
