"There was only two days warning of job loss. I was extremely shocked and devastated. I wished that the management would have communicated with the employees more. It felt like every encounter with management was an inquisition."

"Communication with the employees would have reduced the tension in the work environment."

"I loved the opportunity to train the physicians on current procedural rules and regulations. It kept me on my toes with the current rules and guidance. I loved working in the hospital environment. There was always an opportunity to meet new people. I really enjoyed being audited to learn of my performance weakness and strengths."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Have a second job lined up during contract renewal time. There was only a two day notice of termination and no severance package is offered."

"I was very uncomfortable with the contract viability. I really would have like to have more guidance."

"I would encourage more communication between the employee and the corporate office. I believe that there is a lot of potential for growth."

"Loved the interaction with all the people in the different clinics and top brass."

What don't you like about working at Healthcare Resolutions Services?

"The contracts change yearly and so do the requirements. Many of us were hired as uncertified coders with the promise of helping us financially and educationlally to acquire our certifications. It did not ever happen and then the contract changed and all uncertified coders were let go."

"Understand coding so you may understand and talk with your coders."
