"IT department is always using last years technologies. I was hired in 2000 to convert all their 16 bit applications and DLL's to 32 bit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think they have to decide which way they are going to go, continue to develop proprietary applications with in IS or purchace 3rd party applications and just have an IS support team."
