"It was extremely difficult to obtain approvals to develop and implement in business process even when the business saw the benefits and the overall cost savings."

"When there employees to together ROI's for equipment, application and process changes, understand them and ask questions if necessary. Don't be locked into the number of members gained or lost, think more about the services being provided."
