"Working at Health eCareers has been a roller coaster. The positive aspects of the company include the interoffice collaboration, the partners we get to serve and the unlimited PTO. On the negative side business goals and priorities change so often it make it nearly impossible to complete anything and because the dial isn't being move the new mode of operation of the leadership team is to pick individuals to blame. Unfortunately, it has a created a toxic environment which is causing several, many of whom have worked at the company for years, to quit or consider new opportunities. In years passed it has been a very product and partner centric company which made it successful and so easy to come in to work and give your best. I hope the company can get back to a place that promotes a positive culture that is collaborative, encourages growth and produces results."
