"Ask management to have the chance to talk with three remaining sales team and ask them how much gross profit they have made after 9 to 12 months at the job site. There you have the real truth."

"I started with a group of 3 more colleagues and during the interview process we were all promised clients whom were presently ordering and that never occurred."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To stop lying and enticing new candidates into believing you can make 60 to 80.000 a year when the oldest sales employee (1 year and 4 months) barely makes high 40s."
