"The company means well and has the right values, they are just grossly understaffed in places of need and continue to hire in places not in need. It’s one of those agencies that hires more directors with no hands on experience with media execution to speak about executing media, than it does associates/lower level “hands on” talent to help ease the ridiculous demands from clients. The team that handles client communication does NOT do any hands on work with launching media, so they commit deliverables to the client that are simply not possible. This company would perform better for clients and have a better time retaining talent if they focused more on staffing/developing Digital Partnerships than they do the pointless Comms Design teams. These two branches need to be consolidated for both the efficiency of communication, and for the sake of promoting one team to serve the client atmosphere, rather than the currently divisive workflow of CD team relaying tasks, requests, questions, deliverables and almost anything needed to the DP teams, giving the DP team the feeling that they work for Comms Design, as opposed to Healix or the client themselves. Consolidating CD and DP would also help get the appropriate team members credit for work that they complete."
