"I worked for headworks for a couple of years. On one hand the engineering team was a pleasure to work with and were very knowledgeable. However upper management, the CEO, does not know how to run the company. She micromanages and won’t even let the engineering team do their job. She demands unrealistic deadlines without considering how long engineering time and manufacturing time will take. This is due to her own ignorance, and she will just fire people that fail to meet this. People are literally afraid to even tell her problems that arose that might slow down production, which then inhibits a “blame game” where people will point fingers to divert the pressure off of themselves. Run from this company."
